Joseph did some work on my toilet a year ago. It was an emergency so waiting for him to help out was much appreciated. The old toilet leaked, so we were grateful for the new toilet. He also put in some wall panels. Unfortunately, the panel was damaged when putting it in. He was unable to seal the toilet for me as he did not have the time. I told home I would try to do it for myself. The toilet flushed, but not properly, and required several flushes. I have. Tried for near n a year to get this sorted. I have found it very difficult to get Him to come back to me.

Josef completed our bathroom refurb to a very high standard. He checked with us when clarity was needed about how we wanted things which was great. He’s a very tidy worker and takes pride in what he does. Would highly recommend Josef Lee Plumbing. Will be keeping him on our list should we require any further work in the future.

Josef fitted a new bathroom and a new en-suite for us - one after the other. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathrooms - it’s like living in a hotel! Josef helped guide us with the suites and panelling etc to purchase and he had a really good idea of what we wanted and was able to add his ideas to the finished rooms after we discussed them. Nothing was too much of a challenge and his attention to detail was excellent - he wasn’t happy unless it was perfect which worked for us! Josef is tidy, friendly, hardworking, reliable and his comms were great. Thoroughly recommend!

Josef, was quick to respond and communicated well on-line and in person understanding exactly what we needed. Would hire again.

I can fully recommend Josef for any plumbing work. He worked efficiently and the work he did was to a high standard . He was polite and professional, keeping us informed throughout and we have no hesitation in using him again.

Communication with the company was great I was told what time and date and how much also on the day if he was going to be late. He was friendly and did the job in no time.
