Work complete to a tidy standard, poor communication with regards to finishing job. Passed the buck and threatened to hold electrical certificate. Agreement made where new installer would come and finish the job that needed rectifying

With regards to the poor communication, I called or messaged to let you know what was going on and if for any reason I couldn't make it I also kept you informed. The reason for holding the electrical certificate, you spoke to me on the phone on the 30/01 with doubts you couldn't pay me before the 28/02, hence why I said I would hold onto the certificate until the payment was made. The agreement of the new installer is with Wickes, which I've stated many times that it was a Wickes related issue but I was happy to come and change the items over. I am glad that you are happy with the rest of the renovation
