  Josi updated me throughout and fixed my steam generator iron saving me having to buy a new one.

  Highly recommend. Josi is a lovely, friendly and genuine man. He went above and beyond to replace needed parts at a discounted rate, updated me and gave me my options. He also provided me with aftercare tips. I would definitely recommend him.

  The best quality about Joren is that he is very friendly. He quickly realised that the original washing machine wasn't worth repairing and advised that I buy a new one. He then came back to install my new one.
