Hi Gopal, I remember it took a while to identify the faulty component. These are the type of repairs that require patience, which I think every engineer needs to demonstrate. I am glad we got to the root of the problem.

Jovi came out in an emergency call-out , out of hours to look at our fridge freezer that kept tripping the house electricity. He arrived promptly and took his time in diagnosing the issue. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and clearly didn't want to leave without a positive result. thankfully, the perseverance paid off after replacing the faulty socket wire, and the fridge freezer started working again!
