  Tile resetting and positioning

  Kylo responded to our emergency in resetting some tiles after dislodgement during the storm. We also had a concern over a number of roofing related questions, which he answered and provided recommendations for our consideration. He was very knowledgable, quick, efficient and very professional. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

  New porch and balcony, plus leadwork

  We needed a front porch and balcony partially rebuilt and re-roofed and also new leadwork around a rear window. JPA undertook all the roofing and leadwork elements of the job, with their partners NextGen Builders handling the building work. We wanted a combined approach to avoid hand offs between the two parties so this partnership was vital and worked well. Their approach to the job was highly professional, with good advice on design and materials that would give the best finish. The estimate was clear. The work was undertaken in a very professional yet friendly manner.

  Guttering and roof maintenance

  Asked JPA do some work on my house as they were doing a re-roof of another house in our street and the work looked amazing. True to form these guys are the best roofing company in the local area - good value, reliable and the work is top draw - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  Advice and re-roofing

  JPA was highly recommended to me by someone in the Construction trade and I will have to agree; JPA were very professional from our very first interaction through completion. All the questions we had were answered with simple and clear explanations to ensure that we understood both the problem and solution. The job was completed promptly (except for weather delays) and all the waste was cleared. Kylo and his team are simply beacons of the trade.
