    Amazing Patio Transformation

    We couldn’t be happier with the transformation JP Build has made to our garden. They replaced our old, tired concrete patio with large porcelain slabs, and the difference is incredible. The space now feels so much bigger, brighter and more modern, and it has completely elevated both the garden and the overall look of our property. It’s become a much more enjoyable place to spend time. The workmanship was excellent, Jack is professional, incredibly thorough, and paid great attention to every detail. We highly recommend JP Build. Very reasonable pricing. Will use again and again.

    Wonderful from start to finish

    Jack came and replaced fencing and fence supports for me he has also built a new front wall for our property. The communication throughout was exemplary he is a very professional, polite and super thorough. He finished all work to a very high standard and left everything very clean and today. I will certainly be using JP build for any further projects and would highly recommend him.

    Customers must be listened to

    Poor finishing by accusing me of not wanting to pay after I complained of work done. I paid in full even though the skip was to be removed the next day and I still have not received a receipt. No answer to my message that payment was made.

    Hi Mike, The job was done to a very good standard and all waste was removed. You changed the scope of works multiple times throughout the process and refused to pay for any changes even though this is stated in the original quotation and building services agreement prior to starting. I did the extra work with no extra charge just to keep you happy after getting aggressive towards me. From what you told me and what I have been told, everyone who visits seems to have the same issues. As you can see from my reviews all my work is done to a good standard and I pride myself on customer care.

    Repointing job carried out on time, to a great standard and for a fair price

    We booked Jack to get side of our house repointed. He came to quote when agreed, provided a detailed quote at a fair price. He Communicated with us throughout and carried out the work in the time frame he quoted for. It is a messy job but he was careful to tidy up after each day of grinding out the old mortar and left everything as clean as possible. We have been impressed with Jack's attention to detail and friendliness and would highly recommend his services.

    Excellent work! The work was successfully carried out. The water leak was located. The porch was made water tight. Jack also expertly adjusted the French window with the addition of a sealant strip. Making it secure with a first class appearance
