They are efficient, hardworking and courteous but it was not a pleasant experience from the first day after digging out the soil I was informed there was a level difference with the surrounding gardens (which they have not spotted when they came for viewing). So I needed to pay an EXTRA £800+ to consolidate the fence which was out of my budget. This was confirmed in a quote but what gave me a shock was this turned out to be £1150 after all the work was done because they spent "a bit more" for the materials. I insisted I should only pay the original agreed amount which they agreed in the end.

Jamie & Connor did various jobs for us including Re-Pointing Patios, Turfing & Shed base & Erection. Overall we were satisfied with the work done, they were always helpful and courteous and at the end of the job cleared up all the mess.

Jamie came into our newly bought house in BoA and transformed the back garden, with a round patio and a gravelled feature area. He was punctual, courteous and completed the project on time without any issues. Would use him again.

I was happy with the work that was done. Jamie and his colleague did all the repair work in a day and got one coat of paint done. Jamie returned the next day to complete the painting. The repair work exceeded my expectations, as they not only fixed the piece of decking that was broken but also improved the underlying structure to give the platform better support. Overall, I feel that Jamie provided value for money. One thing he could improve on, though, is communication. Although he always replied to messages, sometimes he left it a long time. He could do better by being more prompt.

Jamie and colleague were courteous and reliable and hard working. They went beyond the job spec to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. All left clean and tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Jamie responded swiftly to my enquiry and came out very quickly to view what needed to be done and get the quote to me. The end result was that Jamie and team did an amazing job widening the steps going up to my garden, as well as replacing many crumbled bricks in the remaining retaining wall and rebuilding the wall where the steps were widened. This was back breaking work trying to dig out a large amount of never ending compacted clay. At all times the work was carried out with courtesy, checking in on regular intervals that I was happy with what was being done and that it met my expectations
