  The job was done well - quick and efficient. However, the experience was frustrating. Despite providing detailed images, measurements and a write-up, plus a call outlining what needed removing, they increased the price after arriving and inspecting the job. I’d given them everything needed to quote accurately - had I known the true cost upfront I’d have gone elsewhere. They also missed the agreed date without letting me know - I had to chase. Things come up, I get that, but a heads up would have helped. They offered to cancel but I didn’t want the hassle of finding someone else at that point.
