Promised white 'H'. I stupidly paid up front but work not complete still waiting for it to be done

I had called the trade in Jan 2023 to dig up and relay an existing driveway. I was really happy with how this looked but have had some issues where the water isn't draining away and coming back to my bungalow. I have tried to get the trade back to return to help resolve the issues but he's not been able to return, giving different excuses for not turning up.

James and his team did a fantastic job of converting our front garden into a driveway, with the addition of a drop kerb. They were polite and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We engaged Mr Peters to take up an old tarmac drive and fit a new block paved driveway. Excellent quality of workmanship, courtesy and cleaned up really well after. Would certainly recommend.
