Fixing the mess left behind by a previous plumber
When we had a shower fitted and it started leaking all over the place, the guy who screwed us didn’t want to know. Luckily JPF plumbing came to the rescue and made everything alright. With his expertise Jim explained all the problems that I had been left with and exactly how he was going to put it right. He explained e exactly what he was going to do and checked I was okay with that at each step. He was able to help us in good time and always turned up when he said he was going to. He also gave us a solid price - none of ghat day rate that can quickly add hundreds of unexpected pounds! 5*

Fix toilet leak
Came out to fix a leak on the 5th of October. 2 days later we noticed the leak coming through the ceiling. He came back out 5 days later. We contacted him on the 20th as we noticed the leak again. He said he could come out the following Monday four days later. Monday came, he couldn’t make it. It was then planned for him to come out on the Thursday. He never showed up. When messaged he said he forgot. It was arranged for him to come out Monday 31st. Never showed, never replied to messages.
