  Unreliable admin. Overcharging me. Poor communication

  Mum called in to explain full job needed. Admin didn't pass this on and so plumber turned up without materials. I have been overcharged massively as they have charged for time spent driving off to get a pipe for a dishwasher and also seem to have rounded up the time to the nearest hour. They are charging 2 hours of has work when the only gas work that was done was caping off a cooker connection which took 15 mins. Plumber bought a pipe too short and so used copper pipe making the job cost a lot more. I had a limited budget and would rather the job wasn't completed if I knew I'd charges so hi.

  This review does not fairly reflect the facts. Our hourly rate + VAT + materials was explained and accepted before booking. Contrary to the review, approx. 20 mins spent obtaining additional parts was REMOVED from the bill even though it was time allocated to the job due to a poor description by the customer. We also offered a payment plan to assist with settlement. JPFree Ltd is extremely proud of our reputation and the excellent communication regularly praised in our reviews. We have addressed the concerns raised and stand by our service and charges. The completed work remains unpaid.
