  We would not use James again or recommend his services.

  I would not recommend James. We paid over £2k for a garden project, but the work was left unfinished and the quality was very poor. The sleepers were poorly fitted, and the "topsoil" supplied for the new lawn contained stones, plastic, glass and other rubbish. We even found an empty soy sauce bottle buried in it. The lawn has struggled to grow while weeds have taken over. We raised these concerns several times and gave James the opportunity to put things right, but he insisted the soil was acceptable and was dismissive of our concerns. No satisfactory solution or refund was offered.

  Really pleased with the work — the quality is excellent and everything was finished to a high standard. James had a great attitude, were very patient with me, and didn’t mind when I changed a few things along the way. Easy to deal with and I’d happily recommend them
