So the question is, what makes us different from the rest?

• Who you see, is who you get... We often hear of 'Builders' who go round quoting work only to then send subcontracted tradesmen to your job or cheap labourers who don't care and young lads to fill the skip. When you decide to go with us, you get us. We don't subcontract work and we don't use any labourers. This means that every day you can be confident that you know who is in your home and that every part of the job is carried out by an experienced and skilled tradesman.

• Accurate Pricing... 'Builders' are renown for finding things wrong with your house to add onto your bill. You thought you were getting a bargain but as the job went on you soon found out there were extra materials, hire charges and the labourer's costs- that they didn't warn you about. In our pricing we aim to include everything that is required to complete your project and our Check a Trade invoice history shows that we charged the quoted fee on 96% of our jobs.

• Attendance... The one reoccurring complaint that people have with 'Builders' is: "they were ok BUT they went off onto another job halfway through". We can't see how that is fair or professional and therefore we never run two projects at the same time. Never. When we start your job you will have us every working day until it is fully complete.
