I had a fantastic experience with Jag. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, polite & approachable, instantly putting us at ease. His work was thorough and professional, and it was clear he takes real pride in what he does. He explained everything clearly, was honest about what needed doing (and what didn’t), and carried out the job to a very high standard. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with, especially as a young single female in Ldn. We just moved house and the combi-boiler was not working and had no service history (circa 10 - 15 year old boiler). Jag identified the key issues and resolved them quickly, did the service and offered advice on other peculiar aspects of the gas and hot water systems.
