James arrived on time and carried out the work to the water tank in the loft by replacing a ballcock which he had brought with him in anticipation.

Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and solved the issue within an hour. Called out as an emergency and was with us within 15 minutes - brilliant service!

I was given a quote by James for a replacement boiler and one radiator. I contacted him when the time came for these to be replaced. We agreed a date and time for work to start - James arrived a few minutes early on day 1 and immediately set to work. He worked in a timely fashion, taking pride in his work, and left everything as he had found it when he went home. When the work was finished on day 2, everything was working well, but James called in two days later to check that all was well. James is a pleasant polite young man - nothing was too much trouble for him.

James responded to my enquiry really quickly! He was very easy to talk to, asked questions about the issue I was having and was able to move things around to come out to me very quickly! Prompt, tidy, professional and reasonably priced- what more could you ask for.

Couldn’t recommend more. Boiler broke down on Saturday, James was with me within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the likely problem, ordered the parts and came back the following morning and sorted it. Was honest and genuine throughout, and bent over backwards to get the heating and hot water back up and running. If you need a local plumber then look no further than James.
