James is a great trades person. The work was carried out as stated and to an extremely high standard. I enjoyed his company while he was working at the house. A real pleasure.

James is very reliable and a great communicator. He’s worked on a few emergency projects at our Victorian property converted to flats, and recently replaced and fitted a new combo boiler - really quickly. He’s also replaced elements to an immersion heater boiler on another flat. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I had to call James to request short notice assistance with a leaking cistern caused by water pressure issues. As ever James was very responsive and agreed to fit me into his busy schedule. He is polite, professional snd very good at what he does - always open to discussing the problem and finding solutions. On top of this, he is also a very affable, trustworthy and decent person who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to future clients.
