Excellent job and really nice guy - travelled a considerable way to get to us. Clearly communicated timings and cost, and worked very efficiently.

Jack is a lovely guy, very polite and easy to have around.

Nice guy, but abandoned the job halfway through. Had a missing back panel, but I said I would pick some panelling up from the DIY store while he went to lunch. Text him to let him know I got the panelling, but was a bit too large and will need to cut down. Jack text back saying didn't have tools to do that, but I replied not a problem, as I had a saw. Later, got a text saying he will not complete due to the quote not including carpentry. If he had bothered to check with me, that was not a problem, as I would cut it to size, and he just had to fit as normal. Pity as he was doing a good job.

John was quite good with his communication from quote to finishing the job. Very courteous and keeping me up to date. He came and saw that the job might be tricky once the full extent of installation was reviewed. He then started to work out the best way to resolve the job and also took some suggestions with a view to finish the end goal. He did explain what can be possible issues and solutions if the job turns out to be bigger then thought but he was able to complete the work by focusing on out of the box options and now the door slides like a butter.

Lovely guy, he arrived on the dot and was great at Al my jobs. I will be rebooking!

Jack was exceptional, professional and friendly. I will definitely be contacting him for future work.
