My electrics in the kitchen had tripped and my son and I were unable to diagnose the fault, leaving me without heating, hot water and any cooking appliances. I telephoned John who was able to come to me within the hour. Within a short time John located the problem caused by a previous contractor and took the time to explain all the implications of the fault. He liaised with the contractor and completed the repair very promptly. John acted with complete professionalism and with discretion and diplomacy regarding the previous contractor. I would definately use John again for any electrical work.

John was really helpful in advising me over the phone on how to get electricity back to majority of the house following an issue with the fuses, caused by a dangerous old disassembled outside socket with a trailing live wire and the rain following the recent hot weather. Electrician, Liam, who attended to make safe the wire and install the outdoor socket was a very pleasant man, arrived on time, undertook the work quickly and efficiently and did a good job. Really fantastic experience and service all the way through and would definitely call on their services again.

Absolutely brilliant service, Liam was punctual,extremely courteous, conscientious and a credit to the Company. He worked diligently until the work was complete, not stopping for a break. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as Mr Jeffreys arranged to come out within 48 hours of my phone call, after I had been let down by another contractor.

Once again I used John at JPJ electricals. I have used JPJ before to sort out a mess left by a prior electrician and was very happy with their work then. I didn’t hesitate to use again. They we’re, tidy, didn’t ruin my floorboards getting them up, polite and considerate when in my home. Really happy with the result. Gorgeous antique gold sockets, including USB in my lounge, wall lights put up in my lounge and my bedroom. I also had a fabulous bright light put in my attic. I know it’s only lights and sockets but I’m really chuffed and had to write the 5 * review Well done

John did such an amazing job in both recommending the best electric radiators for our flat and taking down our old storage heaters without causing much damage to the walls at all. Very neat job and really efficient. Would recommend and shall definitely use again for any other electrical work which we'll need doing in the future.
