This was complex in that the consumer unit is at the rear of a terraced house with the only site to position the charger by the parking space….at the front door. The following describe my experience with JPM: 1) Methodical & Resourceful 2) Clean & Tidy 3) Patient and friendly Jon made sure that before he left he showed me exactly how to isolate the charger in case of a trip or surge and what to look for in case of any issues. The apprentice he brought with him was superb, a real asset to him.

Do you know how you build up a list of trusted companies to carry out work? How you put their number into your contacts, and how you consider them first for those jobs that you dare not or cannot try yourself? JPM Electrics is one of those companies. Cannot fault them.

We had an EICR completed with JPM. We cannot fault the communication and work from Jon and his team. Communicated throughout and even resolved a fault they found while they were here which we really appreciated. Can’t fault the workmanship and the fair price. Felt very at ease as a woman at home with my baby- we will be contacting them again for further electrical work!
