Joseph did a fantastic job fixing an aging (15 year old) glow worm boiler. Davis and Gold were servicing the boiler for years until a leak appeared, at which point they said that the boiler was too old to fix. I tried glow worm direct but they were unable to fix it. Not wanting a new gas boiler; Germany plan to ban installation of gas heating in 2024. I found Joseph through Check-a-trade and I’m so glad I did! He found all the problems with the boiler and replacement parts. He fitted the lot and tested them in less than an hour. My boiler is now running as good as new! Thank you Joseph.

Joseph Payne installed my boiler in 2014 and has serviced it every year since. During this year’s service I asked his opinion about wireless thermostats. After a helpful discussion, he recommended one and, once sourced, came back to fit it, and to teach me how to control it both on the mobile thermostat unit and on the mobile phone app. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joseph to anyone for boiler related work. He is knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, hardworking and very honest in his advice.

An excellent and efficient service, Joe rectified the fault on our boiler which had left us without hot water. Having a one year old baby we needed to get the problem resolved quickly. Within a couple of hours of calling the boiler was fixed. We were very grateful to have hot water again! Would recommend JP Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needs a job doing well.
