Their company was very friendly and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend they did our pumps in our basement in 1 day.

Great company we had a power cut and despite having a newish system with a battery back up the battery did not work and the cellar went under water I managed to speak with Barry in the morning and he got someone out to me the same afternoon and within a couple of hours everything was restored I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and response time and have booked the company to do the routine servicing and maintenance so I have peace of mind this cannot happen again.

We discovered a pitch fibre waste pipe when digging out for a new patio. Called in Barry who came the same day to have a look and then returned 2 days later to replace the pipe. Zero hassle and job completed perfectly. Would recommend Barry to anyone.

Pump alarms sounded on Sunday. Emailed Barry and Rebecca. Barry turned up at 8 am Monday with everything needed to repair or replace the pumps. Turned out they needed replaced, so new ones were installed, tested and are fully operational. The pumps are industry best standard, and JP offer these at very competitive rates. Given the subsequent very heavy rain the pumps were called into immediate action. Thank goodness for the excellent level of responsiveness JP provide. Thoroughly recommend them - and do!
