Rogue trader do not use
Took £18k from us with no work, no product and no refund. Took us months to fight and get our money back via the legal route

Took £18k and did not provide product or service. Reported to Police and also going to court. John Paul will take your money and run! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bathroom remodel and en suite conversion
Do not use them!! The work took SEVEN weeks and not the TWO weeks promised. The company did not do any survey until the Friday evening before the work was to begin on Monday. I was away for two weeks and came home to chaos with materials and equipment taking up every room in the house and no working toilet! Dust covered every inch. There was no warning of what I was coming home to and no attempt to clear the property to allow me to live in it. I never knew when the work would be finished and only knew on a day by day basis whether anyone would come. No apologies and no attempt to compensate.

En-suite bathroom
JPR bathrooms redid my en-suite bathroom in June. Workmen kept us up to date and friendly and the bathroom looks lovely!! All the rubbish was taken away afterwards. It was really nice to be able to see the bathroom on the screen in the showroom before it started as well!
