10 Fixing leaking hot water tank and central heating

Joe had a very quick turn around time. I contacted him with an urgent job at 9pm Saturday and he came round at 9am Sunday. It doesn’t get better than that really does it? He explained what was wrong and gave me several options, and temporarily fixed it until we can get the parts in. A very reasonable price too, especially given it was on Sunday. My boiler ceased to send hot water into my central heating, J P Rigby responded to my request within minutes and were on-site on the same day to identify the issue. We kneeded a plumer very quickly after being let down by a plumber I found Joe Rigsby checatrade website I rang him he answered within a few minutes I found him to be very polite and freindly I told him what the problem was with the boiler he said no problem he said I will have a look the following day I received a call from Joe he had done the work and sorted things out that that was very quick he gave the the price it was fantastic what a brilliant man I was so pleased with what he had done I would recommend him to anyone first class service at a really good price well done Joe thank yVerified reviewerJob location: LA910 Boiler servicing

Joe made a very positive first impression because of his courtesy and genuine interest. I appreciated his acknowledgement that he was not expert in heat pumps. He willingly engaged in follow up queries and we agreed a provisional date for the work. He telephoned promptly to alert me of a delay in sourcing a key material and was flexible in agreeing a new date. He arrived promptly and worked conscientiously throughout. He answered my questions readily, seeking guidance when necessary and checking whether he could access all areas.
