I chose JPS decorating services having seen good reviews on Checkatrade.com. On first meeting John I could tell he was experienced and very knowledgeable on all aspects of decorating and he made me feel safe. The day before he was due to decorate my Bedroom he sent me a courtesy message to remind me he would start the next day which was very thoughtful. He gave good advice listened to what I needed doing and worked well throughout the day. I am very satisfied with the results and have booked him to decorate the Lounge/kitchen later in the year, also the Bathroom in the pipeline. Excellent communication with commitment to dates. Always arrived on time prepping the area. Excellent finish with smooth surfaces and crisp lines between colours. Hello, my name is John, and I work under the business name of JPS DECORATING SERVICES. I am based in Bolsover, Chesterfield.
I have worked in the decorating trade since 1988 and have been self-employed and sub-contractor since 1993.
I have not been on Checkatrade since 2021, so I currently do not have many reviews for potential customers to look at, I am still the same person/tradesman so please just have a read through my older reviews.
I have worked on domestic, commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK and also worked abroad on commercial projects.
I do most aspects of the decorating trade, but sadly no longer do any paperhanging.
