Hi, Just to say Scott came here yesterday and did an outstanding job. It took him a short while to thoroughly understand the problems, then fix it. I finally have a fully working, controllable shower. He made sure that I understand what the problem was, and we carried out an extended test to ensure I was happy and that the unit worked properly. Had my annual boiler service done, Winfield was really good, polite and thorough making sure everything was ok before leaving. He was also happy to answer any questions and give advice. Would highly recommend.

Issues with boiler, JPS were really good at finding a time that would work for me. Winfield the engineer arrived perfectly on time first thing in the morning as promised. Diagnosed what was wrong - then once parts were available came back, sorted it all out. Works as good as new. 100% recommend JPS and Winfield as the engineer.
