James at JPS Roofing was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly with a clear, fair quote and scheduled the work promptly. The job involved roof repairs, fitting a new twinplas gutter at the back of the property, replacing two slates, and refitting all the ridge tiles. Everything was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. James was professional, reliable, and kept everything tidy throughout. I’m really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending JPS Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and great service.

james responded really quickly to my request for a roofer, asked for some pictures & said he would call the next day to look at my roof, on checking my roof he explained in plain language ( no confusing 'tech speak', price & date were agreed. Job was completed today & no unexpected extras were found..extremely pleased & would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. Noticeably good communication. When delayed coming to price up job and do the job, got in touch said they were still planning to come, but offered to reschedule if I preferred. Very friendly and prompt service. Cleaned up afterwards.
