Noticed the loose mortar Thursday morning. Posted the advert, James got in touch quickly and was able to come out Friday. Work completed to a high standard and the cost was reasonable. Despite not actually meeting James due to being out at work we were kept informed of progress and provided with photos of the work.

Proficient service from start to finish. Cheerful and helpful guys. Did feel sorry for them on a slate roof at 25 degrees in the sun. Very positive and just got with, the job, just what you want from tradesmen. James was open and honest in his approach even when others said it needed a different more expensive solution and I asked him to quote for a comparison, which he reluctantly did so but still recomended his original solution

James & his colleague from JPS roofing did an excellent job of fixing my chimney. Debris was falling from it onto the gutter of my house whenever it was raining or windy with the disastrous consequence that it was becoming blocked & causing it to flood into my neighbour’s backyard. James explained the process through photos taken by his drone what he would do to the chimney to rectify this. This he did successfully & at a lower price than I anticipated.

We are so thankful that James responded to our call for help with our roof issue! From the initial meeting, James was polite and respectful and gave the roof a thorough check before advising what needed doing. His quote was very reasonable and the job was done efficiently by the crew - all of whom were so polite and hardworking. Wouldn't hesitate to give them a recommendation and would definitely use the company again.

James was fantastic! I’m thrilled with his transparency and the quality of his work. While quoting a buyer's survey, he walked me through every issue, separating urgent repairs from cosmetic ones. He even advised on how to maintain the cosmetic problems rather than replacing them. His honest communication saved me thousands compared to other quotes that assumed full replacements! Once accepted, the turnaround was incredibly quick and the craftsmanship was excellent. If I ever need a roofer again, I know who to call! Highly recommend!

James at JPS roofing was accommodating from the start when the drone photos were done to the finish. He kept me informed throughout a delay because of the heatwave and then went above and beyond to get the work done. Highly recommended.
