James was fantastic! I’m thrilled with his transparency and the quality of his work. While quoting a buyer's survey, he walked me through every issue, separating urgent repairs from cosmetic ones. He even advised on how to maintain the cosmetic problems rather than replacing them. His honest communication saved me thousands compared to other quotes that assumed full replacements! Once accepted, the turnaround was incredibly quick and the craftsmanship was excellent. If I ever need a roofer again, I know who to call! Highly recommend!

James at JPS roofing was accommodating from the start when the drone photos were done to the finish. He kept me informed throughout a delay because of the heatwave and then went above and beyond to get the work done. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing duo, when they came and gave me a quote they were completely honest about the work and made sure I wasn’t paying for something that didn’t need doing like other companies - when they came and completed the job, they were very respectful, tidy and efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before I paid. Before and after photos taken, already planning on getting James back for more work soon 😊

Replace section of damaged felt under stone slate roof. I was told I would receive photos of work done along with an invoice, I've not been sent either. I can only hope the work done was of good quality based on trust, I suppose I'll find out the next time it rains.
