• Fitting Alarm

  Jamie is, trustworthy , polite , solution finding professional. Punctual, keeps his promise, goes above and beyond. I had no idea about alarm systems, Jamie, was transparent, answered all my questions. Didn’t commit me into servise plan. A perfectionist for a flawless job, doesn’t quit, until issue resolved , no matter how complex. Tested all the cables and found the brakes where the old alarm wires had been cut. Installed junction boxes under the floorboard to repair the cable and ran fresh cable from them points onwards. He ran cable from panel, through the stairs (by drilling small holes and fishing the cable through on each step) filled and varnished the holes so no evidence of work was left. Chiseled the wall above the skirting boards, sides of the doors , with accuracy, meticulously, channelled the cable along them. Sanded the filler down, varnished to match the skirting. Threw “a bit of glitter on it “ his favorite phrase . His Fuel is coffee two sugars, biscuits.

  Jamie was super quick at contacting me about the job required, flexed around my day to call ahead of job, quoted on the spot and could pay with transfer. Extremely professional and tidy, helped with advise for future and about the alarm in general even offered to help with our key fobs and future changes. Couldn't fault the work completed at all, very pleased!

  Its taken a while to find a company in which you have confidence in when looking for a tradesman. Rarely do I put reviews on but I feel on this occasion it is well worth it if it helps others in the same position. He arrived on time,completely understood my requirements and completed the work without fuss. I would without doubt recommend JPS security for all your alarm needs. I have now asked Jamie to keep me on the books and be responsible for maintaining the system including annual servicing.

  I would highly recommend Jamie of JPS security for any calibre of alarm and security installation. He performed a high standard of work on our residential property. Explained all features of the alarm system, the site for each equipment completely reviewed. Reliable and followed through on timeliness. Great communicator and expert knowledge of alarm system is impressive.. Price was fair. Very professional throughout.
