Incredibly impressed. Good communication throughout, arrived on time and was very personable. Replaced the springs, didn’t leave any mess behind and was as finished in half an hour. I’d definitely recommend John to others. And after many years of discomfort we finally have a decent armchair back!

Our chairs were repaired and new webbing fitted within a week of first posting the job. We were quoted a fair price which was adhered to and kept informed about time of arrival. The work was carried out quickly and cheerfully and we are well satisfied.
