Absolutely terrible experience with Jordan and one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I paid thousands of pounds to Jordan in cash for repairs after being promised that my vehicle would be fixed properly. I trusted the work would be completed as agreed, but despite paying for the repairs, the vehicle was never actually fixed. Jordan repeatedly told me the car was nearly ready or ready to collect, yet the work remained unfinished. Great help. Cleared a troublesome fault and offered to have another go if it came back. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Fair price for main dealer service, better really as you can watch the guys doing it and talk to them.

Ben and his team at JPW Autos Addlestone are amazing. They are polite, friendly, professional and really good at what they do. I took my son‘s car in twice and on both occasions they could have ordered an expensive part to fix the problem, but because my son is a student, they found a workaround which was a much cheaper option I trust them completely to be honest about the option options for repairing a car.

We found the staff to be friendly and genuinely willing to help, and we appreciated the effort made. However, after spending nearly £3,000 and having the car in and out of the garage for more than a month, the original issue still hasn’t been resolved. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, the root problem was never properly identified or fixed. We had high hopes based on the garage’s reputation, but we’re now left feeling extremely disappointed and out of pocket, with the same fault the car was originally brought in for.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Gave me a couple of recommendations to get done on the car which I’ll get done. Car was returned washed. Didn’t expect that!!

I cannot thank Jordan enough for the work carried out. Inconveniently my alternator drive belt snapped leaving me without a car for three days and getting to work tricky. After being messed around by a previous mechanic these guys stepped in. From out of hours communication to my car being fixed the very next day, past operation hours that’s what I call customer service. I would highly recommend these guys. Car good to go for when I need it. My car is now running so much smoother and not making noise when I accelerate. First rate customer service
