We found the staff to be friendly and genuinely willing to help, and we appreciated the effort made. However, after spending nearly £3,000 and having the car in and out of the garage for more than a month, the original issue still hasn’t been resolved. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, the root problem was never properly identified or fixed. We had high hopes based on the garage’s reputation, but we’re now left feeling extremely disappointed and out of pocket, with the same fault the car was originally brought in for.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Gave me a couple of recommendations to get done on the car which I’ll get done. Car was returned washed. Didn’t expect that!!

I cannot thank Jordan enough for the work carried out. Inconveniently my alternator drive belt snapped leaving me without a car for three days and getting to work tricky. After being messed around by a previous mechanic these guys stepped in. From out of hours communication to my car being fixed the very next day, past operation hours that’s what I call customer service. I would highly recommend these guys. Car good to go for when I need it. My car is now running so much smoother and not making noise when I accelerate. First rate customer service

Jordan stepped in when our usual garage couldn't fix the problem, and glad we found him. Various repairs required, inc electrical, after belt snapped and caused multiple issues. Good communication and fair price considering. Would definitely recommend and we'll be using this garage in future for MoTs/servicing etc.

They communicated very well through the process . They collected my car and did the job I asked for all in good time . Car was also cleaned and bought back mot serviced and new battery .

Fantastic experience at JPW Autos. They carried out quite a specialised repair to my BMW 435i. It was clear that Jordan has considerable experience with these cars. The cost of the repair was reasonable and the work required was completed in double quick time. I can’t rate him more highly. Thoroughly recommend
