First called James out for a boiler repair. After diagnosing the issue we decided to replace with Combi system. James was quick to give a quote and carry out work at the highest quality, keeping me informed at each step. I couldn’t recommend higher and have since had him complete other work such as sink and tap replacement and other plumbing jobs.

Very professional and good value. Provided all required parts and installed to a good standard. Gave a good set of instructions on usage as well and took away all waste. Highly recommended.

James replaced a central heating drain valve which was leaking. James turned up on time and the job was very well executed. We asked James to come back the next day as we had an unexpected issue on a different part of the central heating system which he worked hard to resolve and charged a discounted rate. This is the third time we have employed James and will continue to do so in the future. Thoroughly recommend.

James visited the site to undertake a yearly inspection and noticed the boiler is not fit for purpose. He quickly and efficiently arranged for a new boiler to be installed within the same week to ensure the tenants were not left without hot water 👍👍👍 Great work and communication
