Job completed - Installation of Eaves Guard front and back. Called back out in Feb 25 because roof still leaking in same area as original problem area. After several phone calls, sent someone out who replaced two tiles. Leak is still there, have been trying all week - got in touch wednesday.waited all day on Friday for visit. Have had the roof looked at and the original job appears to be deficeint, in that the Eaves Guard membrane fitted is missing for about 2 feet at the point where the roof meets adjoining property. Leak at 2" overlap which is insufficient. Suspect materials shortage.

They completed the job within 2 days. Their punctuality also communication and tidiness were second to none. I had a roof done front and back of the house on the day were very quick and clean however since the weather changed have contacted the company, many times backwards and forwards due to a leak they did come back once and were apologetic had someone come to view this.They only were there for a few minutes contacted again and promised to have someone come back still waiting with water leaking in.

Must be so busy no courtesy could be given to a potential customer!
