James took over a long stalled job about half way thru. How I wish he had been involved earlier because it would have been completed months if not years earlier! He was v responsive, v knowledgeable, a hard worker and a good problem solver (some of the early design decisions were capable of improvement). He has a wide set of skills from digger driving to hard landscaping, carpentry, plumbing in pipework/ pumps etc and nothing much seemed to faze him. Overall I was really impressed with his hard work and keenness to get the job which had been stalled for ages over the line.

JR Aqua did an excellent job digging out a large patio following extension work to the back of our Victorian semi. James and team are extremely knowledgeable and gave helpful advice at the start in scoping out and planning the work to fit our requirements. They were courteous throughout, completed the job to a very high standard indeed and were keen to ensure that any snags were resolved in good time. We're delighted with the result. Thank you!

Highly recommend for all pond work

Very reliable, excellent work. James is very polite and extremely helpful and has put a great deal of effort in to sorting out my pond problems this year.
