    Jack called back and came round the same day to give us a quote, he was very informative and polite. He came to do the job on time and date as agreed, we were very impressed with Jack he explained how the system worked and took the time to listen to our questions. Apparently I overpaid him £20 which I was unaware of but he called later that day to tell me and he dropped the money to us. A really nice person
