Outside decorative stone tile cladding system
We selected a decorative stone cladding system to tile the outside of our new extension. Jonny from JRB Property Maintenance installed these for us creating the perfect finish. The cladding ran along around 12m of wall followed a sloping path, 2 windows, 2 corners and steps creating complexity. All cuts and joins were done cleanly leaving a completely natural and authentic looking appearance. Jonny went the extra mile by roughly pointing up the gaps to help with the natural appearance, and left the site clean and tidy each day. I would highly recommend JRP Property Maintenance

Design and construction of an outdoor kicthen/BBQ area
JRB designed and built an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. This included construction of a covered decking area, wrap around bar and various cupboard and storage spaces. The detail in all of the work was first class and I cannot be happier. The bar was tiled and the result was stunning. Throughout the work Jonny was polite and friendly and most importantly very tidy. We are very please with the final result and I couldn't recommend JRB more highly.

Kitchen refurb
Jonny did an excellent job of renovating our kitchen. He provided ideas for the design, gave us lots of help and advice before the work started, and kept us up to date while the work was underway. The other people that he brought in to help him (Stuart for plastering and Luke for electrics) were just as good and helpful as Jonny himself. We are delighted with how it turned out and would use him again.

Repair to leaking shower.
This was the fourth time that I had had work done by JRB Properties. Previously John and his team have retiled my kitchen floor, refurbished my bedroom and also installed a bathroom. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his workmanship. He is polite, professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. He will provide helpful advice and is very tidy and reliable.

Bathroom fitting.
I highly recommend, The quality of his work is outstanding . Jon is a perfectionist and you know that your bathroom will be done properly to the highest of standards. He is very tidy and clean , He is always on time or comes early and if he is running late he always informs you. He is very hard working and professional.
