Exemplary workmen
George and his colleague arrived at the agreed time, were polite and courteous and got to work straightaway. George diagnosed "a loose shocker" and tightened it. He had also checked over the whole machine and tightened the feet. I was delighted that he could declare the washing machine was now in good order. washing machine had stopped spinning. Came out the same day to repair.

Reliable service
Prompt and attentative service, product repaired in good time as promised. My second time of using them. The company only accept bank transfer or cash though and not card payment or online. Excellent Washing machine Repair Service!
JRC have supported me brilliantly! From original diagnosis of the fault, requiring a spare part (main control board) to be acquired from South Korea, Jo (front office) has kept me regularly updated with news and timings - always bright and cheerful and maintained perseverance throughout! Rob (senior Engineer) came to my property twice and, again, showed top professionalism throughout and was neat, tidy and focused throughout his work. Overall, a first class service from JRC Services.
