    Do not use

    Posted 20 February

We used this company to have our kitchen worktop wrapped. The finish is very poor, with clear visible lines throughout, sections that have been folded over, peeling edges, and an uneven, messy appearance. The defects are obvious and affect the overall look and usability of the worktop. The owner later acknowledged the standard was not good and said the work had been done by his apprentice. He offered several times to return and redo the work himself but repeatedly failed to attend. He then promised a refund and yet we have still not received one, no repair or refund has been provided.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this absolute conman, he’s completely ruined our kitchen worktops, the vinyl he’s fitted isn’t heat proof, it hasn’t been stuck down properly, there is gaps missing and he’s left holes in the vinyl! After I complained to him he said he’d come sort it on 3 separate occasions to which be lied and never showed up! I requested a refund and he hasn’t give me one. So now I’ll have to pay someone to come rip off the absolute mess he’s left behind to the put some new stuff down. I bet my 3 year old would do a better job.

    J.R Joinery & Gates

The owner is a conman, his joinery skills are non-existent. He fitted a staircase and instead of scribbing each step individually, he measure the first step took solid oak and cut it all to this measurement. Consequently I ended up with gaps. He ruined solid oak flooring, using a jigsaw to cut the edges. He then used a roundsaw with a blunt blade on my oak doors. He took money for further jobs, which he has not completed and kept the money. He has been reported to Trading Standards.
