  Refurbishment of our stairs

From start to finish the work completed was excellent. David did a fantastic job in making our stairs more safe for our family but also making it more homely. He was very patient with us as this is our first big project we undertook in our home. He responded politely to every request to help us understand everything. He was prompt, great time keeping and effiencent with this work. We will be recommending JRO to friends and family and be a returning customer ourselves.

Above and Beyond Service – Skilled, Reliable & Exceptional Craftsmanship

David carried out several jobs for us, including adjusting our kitchen units to improve access to the washing machine, updating wardrobe doors, & completing interior panelling. We’re delighted with the results. From start to finish, David was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, & offered excellent advice throughout. The finish is to a very high standard. David went above & beyond, worked efficiently to make sure everything was perfect, & left everything tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter.
