Had issue with the flush with our toilet, came on the same day and fixed it with no issues.

James has carried out a number of big and small plumbing jobs for me, including replacing sanitaryware, sourcing and fitting replacement parts, diagnosing problems and suggesting solutions. I was particularly impressed when James was able to carefully remove and reuse some handmade wall tiles in order to repair my shower. James provides a brilliant, friendly service, responds quickly, is hardworking and leaves everything clean and tidy. I recommend James to everyone.
