J R plumbing have always been very professional when I have used them. Always on time, problems identified with the minimum of fuss, quotes sent promptly and work carried out on time and with minimal disruption. Can't fault them.

Jordan reaponded to the request for the syphone replacement quickly and arranged to visit the following day. He kept me informed of his estimated time and kept to it promptly. The job ended up causing issues for Jordan due to leakong isolater tap, he drained the tank replaced the isolator tap and everythong worked perfectly. Jordan is extremly professional, his communication was excellent and even though the job cost a bit more due to the isolator issue thats was unforseen and he sorted it immediatl. Would happilt have Jordan round for any plumbing need and would higly recommend him

Had quite a few Rads replaced, one moved and another capped off. Jordon is very knowledgeable, efficient and stayed in communication throughout. Came out to look at the job first before pricing it up so no rising costs. Brilliant, would definitely recommend.

We contacted Jordan after losing all hope - we had been in touch with several plumbers and those either didn’t respond or did not follow through with any solutions, and we had gone 2 months with no shower. Jordan came out just a few days after enquiring and spent an hour trying to find a solution to our broken electric shower. Despite never working on our type of shower before Jordan did everything he could to find a solution - contacting several suppliers the same day. After sourcing a new shower unit to see if it was a case of changing the button, we soon had our shower fixed in no time.
