Repairing of toilet in bathroom
Jack repaired by elderly mothers toilet at very short notice and did a super job! He came to look when he said he was going to, kept me informed at all times as to the progress of getting the replacement parts and when he would be arriving to fit them. Once at my mom’s house he was extremely polite and tidy and made my mom feel at ease. I would thoroughly recommend Jack for any work you would need in your house.

10/10 all round - Excellent Work ??
We hired JR Plumbing for a full bathroom renovation. It was completely re-designed and fitted. It is even better than we thought it would be. Nothing was too much trouble and the professionalism was outstanding. But most importantly the quality of the work was exceptional and we now have a modern bathroom we love.

Complete bathroom re-fit. Including plastering, plumbing, flooring, and suite fitting
Great! Jack provided excellent service. Quotes were turned around quickly work started on time. There was flexibility and choice of materials and suites. Jack listened to what I wanted and provided good advice (He did not come in and tell me what I wanted, which is what some trades people seem to do). Work progressed well but was never rushed. Communicated regarding of progress and any issues was good. Finish was good. Jack sourced other trades (plasterer and sparky) that were friendly and worked well. I felt comfortable leaving Jack to work whilst I was at work and would use again.

Radiator changes
Very reliable kept us well informed with updates, arrived when expected did job quickly and cleanly, minor problem with air in system but returned to sort what more can you ask ....... just great ??
