Great communication from the start. Booked within 12 hours of the initial communication. Turned up on time, got told between 8 and 9, Bobbie turned up bang on 8.
Did, the job and cleaned up my cupboard after himself. Didn't take him much time at all. Added a lever to close the tap at winter time, so it don't burst.
He did make a mistake of connecting it to the hot water pipe. Gave them a call, received an apology and they rectified it at the end of the day. Bobbie was so apologetic, but it's ok, things happen.
