The toilet cistern was continuously leaking into the pan. There was good, clear communication with Jamaine before and during the visit; he arrived on time, had clean, considerate working practices and took the waste away with him. The replacement part has a year's guarantee and he checked the following day that we were satisfied with the work. My toilet kept flushing itself every 10 seconds!!!! I called JRS and spoke to Jermaine. He asked for photos of toilet and sent me a link. Within minutes he quoted me a price. He arranged a time same day to come to me. He kept me informed of arrival time. He arrived and was extremely professional and polite. He fixed the toilet with new parts and then totally cleaned up, literally everything ! He refused to wear his shoes in my home even though I said he could.
