Upfront fee of £65 agreed. They advised the boiler had a leaking flue duct and rusting saying the unit needed to be capped and replaced. They also cleared a bathroom sink blockage. I received an invoice for £90 as they spent 2.5 hours inspecting the boiler. I then had two independent engineers attend who both said the boiler was not leaking (measured) and did not need replacing. They also issued certificates passing our boiler and removed the cap. JRS refused the £65 agreed and threatened debt collectors if I didn't pay £90 also refusing citizens advise so I paid. I would not recommend them.

We got JRS round to provide a quote to replace all our radiators as they were looking old and shabby, we were emailed a quote the following day and we agreed the price. From there on the process was efficient and we are extremely happy with the workmanship and outcome they produced. Thanks.
