James has done a wonderful job with this rather non-standard project. Because of the way the stairwell connects to the upstairs a normal stair rail was not the preferred option. James came in for a thorough review of the requirements, helped with the decision on the final project and executed the work meeting all expectations! He is very diligent and takes great pride in his work. I would always work with james again for future projects.
