John and Ryan helpfully guided us through the process from start to finish, always being open and honest and maintaining excellent communications throughout the whole project. Extremely helpful before construction started with lots of information and discussion on different options. Once it started the whatsapp group was really helpful and their guys were punctual, and very polite and friendly. Overall, the experience was pain free and the outcome surpassed our aspirations and expectations. I would recommend JRV to anyone considering having them do work in their home.
