• Door replacement - UPvc, wooden and steel cladded doors.

• Window handle, replacement or old to new.
• Joinery works - Skirting boards, laminate flooring, door hanging.
• Smoke & carbon alarms fitted
• Sand & Cement - Brick pointing, ridge tile replacement maintenance, damaged brick replacement.
• Bathroom - Round bath silicon replacement, toilet seat replacement.
• Plumbing Heating - Radiator valves replaced old for new, individual radiators replaced, new radiators added. 

Full Installations - 

• Kitchens - Either supplied or provided from B&Q, Howdens', Wicks 
• Bathrooms - Either supply and fit or fit only.
• Tiling - Full walls and floors to splash back around kitchen worktops.
• Ensuite - downstairs toilets, upstairs dressing rooms, new cupboard storage areas.
• Plastering - Individual ceilings to full rooms and houses.

• Insulation - Walls, Ceilings, Draft Exclusion, Floors, Doors and Windows, Passive Haus Specialist.
• Damp - Detection, problem solving, repair works and solved.
• Lime pointing - From loose patio pointing to full walls and houses.
• Mould & Mildew Investigation - Rectification and repair
• Drainage - Unblocking, new pipe works or kitchen sink/bath waste issues.
