Taking out air grates and fitting new air bricks and replacing stonework.
What a joy to find this builder. We had no idea where to start in finding one but we came across JS Construction on Check a Trade and gave Jamie a call. He came to see us at the appointed time and a quote was issued within 24 hours. The work was carried out the following week to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate in recommending this building firm. Thankyou to everyone involved, we are delighted with the finished job. Jamie rang us up to make sure we were satisfied with the end result, which we 100% are.

Kitchen refurbishment, plastering, joinery and electrical
Jamie and his colleagues did a fantastic job for us with taking a kitchen wall out to create a new open plan kitchen dining room lay out, and boarding up a double doorway, with all plastering, skirting and eletrical work included. Great communication throughout, very reasonable on price and got the job done in good time and to a very high standard. We are really pleased with it and would use them again!

Kitchen renovation
Very pleased with Jamie and his team. He listened to our plan with the kitchen project and adjusted to our needs. Great communication, always replied to my questions promptly. Removal of chimney breast and walll
Exceptionally good service, a fair price, and polite lads. Jamie went above and beyond in catering to our needs, in terms of dates, project timings, and supplying knowledge. As a first time property developer, he made this particular job a pleasure. There was minor damage which was quickly rectified without hesitation, which means a lot. I will definitely be using Jamie and his team in future property development projects.

Garage conversion and kitchen extension
Used JS Construction to move out utility back partly to the garage and knock through the kitchen. Great communication from start to finish. Every single tradesman that came over were highly skilled and completed all work to such a great standard. Would definitely use again!
