We found Josh to be eager once he got started, and the work was done to a good standard. We still have some outstanding issues, including scaffolding holes still unfilled, the skip still in our drive several weeks after the roof tiles were put up. The Chimney repointing caused dust in the process of doing it, plus lime to drip owed to heavy rain (should have tarp'd it)...  and now the 'new' roof has mortar dust all over it.  I'm hoping he will get round to fixing these three issues.

We had the back part of our roof and extension done in November 2021 by another roofing company which they did a complete sham of a job and we had nothing but issues with it, mainly leaking in the loft conversion. We called them out over 10 times but they couldn’t fix the issue so then we were recommended J Shepherd Roofing by a friend. Josh came out and could see immediately what the issues were. He and his team redone the whole roof including the front for a very reasonable price and have done an amazing job. They also left no mess at all. We can’t Josh and his team enough for sorting it out

2x roofers and 1x young apprentice turned up and carried the work to a high standard. Total cost was £1450 cash for one days work! I was led to believe that there would be more than one days work involved. I fully understand that there was a cost for materials and labour etc but felt the price was high considering the short amount time spent carrying out the work.

Well happy with everything from the day of quote to job completion would recommend if anyone needs roof repair doing

A big thanks to Josh for going round to my elderly mother in law's house to fix and repair several loose tiles on her bungalow, as she was quite worried about it. We had a new roof fitted last year off Josh and done a amazing job and is very dedicated to the work he undertakes thanks
