We had an issue with our bi-fold doors meaning we couldn’t shut or lock them. Jamie was extremely prompt at helping, great communication and sorted the job thoroughly with a high level of professionalism.

Communication was good from the start, prompt timeline and this was met. Clear about what was needed for the job and how long it would take. Professional manner when completing the work, left the area clean and tidy and took any bits left away with him. An all round excellent service. We hired JS Home Improvements to fix two UPVC windows for £130. We assumed this included the full lock system, including the weak handle and the shaky shootbolt. However, only the internal lock core was replaced. The contractor didn’t clarify the scope beforehand, and key issues were left unresolved. We were disappointed, as the work felt incomplete and not worth the cost. Clearer communication would have helped us make a better decision.

Excellent service Jamie and his team were courteous, efficient, friendly and always happy to answer any questions. They went the extra mile for us in terms of a tricky arrangement with some cabling and the curtain arrangements in the baywindows They cleaned up spotlessly after the work was completed and were careful to check we were happy In total we had all our windows replaced plus a new front and back door and the price was very reasonable too
