I had a roof repair carried out by JS Home Improvements. I was happy with the standard of workmanship and service.

My kitchen extension had started to leak due to age and some construction issues, with many of the timbers rotten. Joseph was very helpful in explaining the issues and once contracted undertook the job in an efficient manner and for a fair price. Extremely pleased with the new roof.

Joe and his team were reliable and communicated really well throughout the job. When some additional work was needed, everything was explained clearly and the revised cost was still very reasonable. We’re really pleased with both the price and the overall service we received. The work has been completed to a high standard and we’re very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.

General maintenance: some ridge tiles re-seated, small window gables changed to dry-fit system, moss removal & prevention spray Quote received promptly & clearly identified what was included, what would be extra should it be needed (&how much extra) Short lead time for work to commence, clean & tidy both during and after, easy payment In retrospect I think a large part of the quote may have been for the moss removal - I'd probably have dropped it off as it wasn't the main purpose of the work.
