Had a leak under the floor, John found and fixed it in a few hours. Very helpful, and allowed us to go away for a few days confident the house was in good nick.

Difficult leak to find but he persevered

Phoned in morning and appointment booked at 4pm same day. Kept me informed of arrival time. Repair carried out in 2 hours. Surprised by the £550 cost as seemed expensive but I did not ask a price before booking and no prices were discussed until bill sent.

John was timely, friendly and professional throughout. He dealt with a few local logistic issues with no fuss, and did not try to make any changes to the quote. I would recommend John if you need help with jobs like these Thanks John
